History

Established in 2024.

The history of this business is I’ve been cooking my whole life since I was in Huggies you know and I was working at EZ STREET in North Hollywood and I didn’t know who Keith Lee was I’m the one that made his burger me and the homie Adrian and boom 2 days after that non stop lines and I was like what that’s Keith Lee but that gave me motivation for myself to just do my own thing and hey now we are here getting good feedback so far so hopefully you guys see us become something great

This picture is one of the most favorite kitchens I’ve been in The Doheny Room in West Hollywood especially Chef Adrian bearded guy he was like a dammm Einstein when it came to the kitchen he taught me a lot gotta say and just you know I love to eat I love to see people eat the food I make them that’s the best part it’s just something I’ve always enjoyed doing also I can just bring people a lil bit of joy in there life with my food
